Thẩm mỹ vùng kín là gì? 

Nhiều năm trở lại nay việc may thẩm mỹ vùng kiến không còn xa lạ với chị em phụ nữ.   • Âm đạo quá rộng gây giảm hay mất cảm giác khi quan hệ cho người đàn ông 
  • Phát ra âm thanh như xì hơi khi thay đổi tư thế trong sinh hoạt hàng ngày 
  • Sự dư ra của niêm mạc âm đạo do không được may tầng sinh môn đúng cách hoặc do bung chỉ khâu quá sớm 
  • Hai mép da của môi lớn dính vào nhau gây đau khi quan hệ 
  • Sẹo vết may tầng sinh môn lồi hoặc co rút gây đau 

Thực tế rằng nếu cơ địa cơ sàn chậu của bạn vốn săn chắc do di truyền cộng với việc luyện tập đúng cách thì việc sinh thường với trọng lượng em bé vừa phải, kỹ thuật đỡ sanh đúng và kỹ thuật may tầng sinh môn tốt nếu có rạch tầng sinh môn khi sanh, luyện tập phục hồi cơ sàn chậu giai đoạn hậu sản đúng cách thì bạn không cần may thẩm mỹ tầng sinh môn về sau. 

MAY THẨM MỸ TẦNG SINH MÔN

Đối với những chị em không may gặp phải những vấn đề sau khi sinh thường một thời gian nêu trên thì có thể chọn may thẩm mỹ tầng sinh môn.

Thủ thuật này khá đơn giản, chỉ cần gây tê tại chỗ và mất khoảng 30 phút, bác sĩ sẽ may, chỉnh sửa, khép các bó cơ sát vào nhau để âm đạo được nhỏ hơn và cơ sàn chậu chắc hơn. 

Bạn nên thực hiện thủ thuật này sau khi vừa sạch kinh để tránh nhiễm trùng do máu kinh sau khi may thẩm mỹ. 

Chú ý

Sau thủ thuật bạn nên kiêng quan hệ 6 tuần để vết thương được lành tốt, tránh quan hệ quá sớm gây toét vết may.

Vệ sinh sau khi may vết thương chỉ cần povidine pha loãng với nước ấm rửa sạch và giữ khô ráo ngày 2 lần.
