Kinh nguyệt không đều – phải làm sao?

Kinh nguyệt là vấn đề thực sự đáng quan tâm của tất cả chị em phụ nữ vì nó phản ánh sức khỏe của toàn bộ cơ thể cũng như khả năng sinh sản của chị em. 

Tên gọi kinh nguyệt xuất phát từ trong dân gian vì người xưa chỉ có thể tính ngày kinh dựa theo chu kỳ của mặt trăng cho dễ nhớ. 

KINH NGUYỆT KHÔNG ĐỀU LÀ THẾ NÀO?

Điều này tùy vào từng giai đoạn: 

  • Trong vòng 1 năm kể từ khi hành kinh thì kinh nguyệt không đều là bình thường 
  • Trong 1 đến 3 năm sau khi hành kinh gọi là kinh nguyệt không đều khi ngắn hơn 21 ngày hoặc dài hơn 45 ngày mới có kinh một lần 
  • Lớn hơn 3 năm đến thời điểm quanh mãn kinh gọi là kinh nguyệt không đều khi ngắn hơn 21 ngày hoặc dài hơn 35 ngày mới có kinh một lần hoặc một năm có kinh dưới 8 lần 

NGUYÊN NHÂN

  • Có thai: là nguyên nhân thường gặp 
  • Hội chứng buồng trứng đa nang 
  • Cạn kiệt năng lượng: tập luyện nặng, ăn kiêng quá độ, stress nặng… 
  • Tăng prolactin máu 
  • Mãn kinh sớm: mất kinh hoàn toàn trước 40 tuổi 
  • Biện pháp ngừa thai chỉ có progestin như thuốc, que cấy implanon, vòng nội tiết hoặc thuốc ngừa thai kết hợp chứa estrogen liều thấp 

KHI NÀO NÊN ĐI KHÁM?

  • Trên 15 tuổi mà chưa có kinh 
  • Vô kinh sau 3 năm kể từ khi phát triển tuyến vú 
  • Trước đó kinh đều nhưng đột nhiên mất kinh trên 3 tháng 
  • Chu kỳ kinh thưa trên 45 ngày 
  • Chu kỳ kinh ngắn dưới 21 ngày

  • Nghi ngờ có thai: buồn nôn, nhức đầu, đau dạ dày, mệt mỏi, bụng to 
  • Các thành viên trong gia đình có kinh nguyệt không đều như mẹ hoặc chị em gái
